I am an “out of network” provider, which means if your insurance company offers out of network benefits, you should receive some reimbursement for the cost of my services.

Most insurance companies that provide out-of-network benefits cover between 50%-80% of the cost per session. Contact your insurance company to find out what your specific coverage is and if you have “out-of-network” benefits. 

We can talk about this in person if your coverage is confusing, or if you need any help understanding the information you have received from your insurance provider.

I take payment directly from clients for services provided, and I accept cash, personal checks and credit cards with a small additional fee that I am charged for this convenience. I am happy to discuss my current fees with you in person as well, so please feel free to contact me with specific questions or we can talk about this when we meet.

In addition, I am an "in network" provider for some Carefirst BlueCrossBlueShield policies. Call the customer service number on the back of your card to be sure your policy covers you to see me.  

I invite you to contact me to discuss your options, services offered and answer any questions you might have. This initial phone call is free. After scheduling your first appointment, also referred to as an initial evaluation, we can work together to create a a plan to meet your needs.

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please contact me as soon as possible. Payment is due at appointment time unless cancelled 24 hours in advance.
